Wasn't born that way? My grandmother will with disagree with this - there's some story she tells about me at age 2 asking her for vanilla, because my recipe called for it (I think I was making a sand/mud souffle)...
Our family jokes that cooking skills are genetic, and skip a generation (sorry, Mom), which means I can look forward to my grandchildren caring for me and cooking meals to the quality I am accustomed to. =)
