May 11

Yesterday our high was 73F, with a low of 39F.

You have to love weather like that. Be warm outside, in the day, and when it's dark, snuggle down into bed.

It is days like May 11 that make this an amazing place to live.
"May 11" is the answer to the question
"Why would you want to live in Glasgow?" - which is usually asked after it is revealed that I moved here from Southern California (Orange County, to be exact).

Walking home from an appointment, I cut through Kelvingrove park. University students were strewn about the park - most of them sunbathing, clothes scattered about, white skin glowing in the afternoon sun. There was even an ice cream truck out, it was so warm.

The weather was utterly amazing. Georgous. Loved it.
